The Associate Account Manager at Appcast plays a crucial role in supporting Account Managers with various client-related tasks. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to build expertise in multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies. The Associate Account Manager will leverage their knowledge to create effective campaigns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide valuable insights to clients. The role requires a proactive approach to client management, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and accurately. In this position, the Associate Account Manager will be responsible for generating reports, responding to client inquiries, and monitoring client accounts to ensure satisfaction and success. Staying updated with Appcast's product enhancements is essential, as this knowledge will help in demonstrating the value of Appcast's offerings to clients. The role also involves conducting media research and collaborating with various teams to plan and execute media strategies effectively. Additionally, the Associate Account Manager will build campaigns, manage feeds, and expand functionalities within the Appcast platform. Providing direct customer support is a key aspect of this role, with the expectation to escalate issues to Account Managers when necessary. The position also requires partnering with product and development teams to investigate bugs and resolve technical issues, thereby enhancing the overall client experience. This role is ideal for someone who possesses excellent organizational skills, is tech-savvy, and has a strong desire to grow their knowledge in technology products. The Associate Account Manager will be expected to manage their workload effectively, utilizing critical thinking and prioritization skills to navigate competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to Account Managers for requests including generating reports and responding to client inquiries.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Stay updated with Appcast product enhancements and maintain knowledge of how these products provide value to clients.
  • Conduct media research and collaborate with teams to plan and execute media strategies.
  • Build campaigns, feeds, and expansions within the Appcast platform.
  • Provide direct customer support to Appcast clients, escalating issues to Account Managers as needed.
  • Partner with product and development teams to investigate bugs and technical issues.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of work experience, preferably in an industry related account management and/or customer success role.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively and creatively to solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate via multiple technical platforms (Slack, Jira, Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to think critically and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional experience in the software industry in sales, account management, or technical roles is highly valued but not required.
