The Associate Account Manager at Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT) plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of services for clients in the financial recovery sector. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to client satisfaction, making it essential for the success of FRT's operations and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client service provider for assigned clients.
• Provide service excellence by coordinating service across multiple clients and managing task schedules.
• Assist clients in inquiry resolution by acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
• Conduct periodic account reviews and share educational content with clients.
• Maintain records of client contacts and activities in FRT's CRM and other applications.
• Become a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of FRT's solutions according to client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Monitor and analyze client's usage of FRT's products for renewal opportunities.
• Document and communicate client priorities and improvement opportunities with internal teams.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in account management or relevant client service experience, ideally in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle complex situations with tact and diplomacy.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the financial recovery or class action recovery space.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and present effectively at multiple organizational levels.
• Self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
