About the position

LightUpToys.com LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Account Manager. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful execution of various client projects and ensuring overall client satisfaction. As an Associate Account Manager, you will work closely with other Account Managers, assisting them in managing and growing client accounts. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables. A deep understanding of client needs and objectives is essential, as you will be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also support the Account Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation and records, ensuring that all information is organized and accessible. A key aspect of this position involves ensuring the timely and successful delivery of products based on client needs. This will require effective communication with our project manager in China and the factory regarding shipping dates. Additionally, you will help identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to business development efforts, making this a dynamic and engaging role within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Manager in managing and growing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the Account Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation and records.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products based on client needs by communicating with our China PM and factory on shipping dates.
  • Help to identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
