Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Managers to execute operational tasks including building media plans and executing insertion orders.
  • Ensure creative is deployed properly and assist with research requests.
  • Align with core pod teams to support high-touch clients and their campaign needs.
  • Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery across various ad serving systems.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to resolve monthly invoicing queries as assigned.
  • Provide ad-hoc account-related support and delegate work as necessary to internal resources.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital/radio/mobile planning, buying, or account/project management.
  • Previous customer service-oriented role is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
