The Associate Account Manager at Appcast plays a crucial role in supporting Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to clients. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their expertise in multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies. The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for building campaigns, investigating technical issues, and generating valuable insights for clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of support and service. In this role, the Associate Account Manager will provide timely and accurate support to Account Managers, which includes generating reports, responding to client inquiries, and monitoring client accounts. Staying updated with Appcast's product enhancements is essential, as this knowledge will help in demonstrating how Appcast's products can provide significant value to clients. The position also involves conducting media research and collaborating with various teams to plan and execute effective media strategies. The Associate Account Manager will be tasked with building campaigns, feeds, and expansions within the Appcast platform, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently. Direct customer support is a key component of this role, with the expectation to escalate issues to Account Managers when necessary. Additionally, the Associate Account Manager will partner cross-functionally with product and development teams to investigate bugs and technical issues, thereby enhancing their technical understanding of Appcast's product suite and ensuring client-facing issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to Account Managers for requests including generating reports, responding to client inquiries, and monitoring client accounts.
  • Keep up to date with Appcast product enhancements, building and maintaining knowledge of how Appcast's products provide value to clients.
  • Conduct media research and collaborate with cross-company teams to plan and execute media strategies.
  • Build campaigns, feeds, and expansions within the Appcast platform.
  • Provide direct customer support to Appcast clients, escalating issues to Account Managers as needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and development teams to investigate bugs and technical issues, solving client-facing issues while building technical understanding of Appcast's product suite.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to effectively support Account Managers and interact with clients.
  • Ability to conduct media research and develop media strategies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and multi-channel strategies.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and troubleshoot issues within the Appcast platform.
  • Experience in customer support or account management is preferred.
