About the position

Responsibilities
- Prepares monthly journal entries and month-end analyses.
- Creates various exhibits and commentary for reports issued to management, outside Directors, and government agencies.
- Analyzes various account balances and maintains supporting workpapers.
- Assists with special projects and year-end activities.
- Prepares written procedures on job responsibilities.
- Posts monthly journal entries into the SAP system for accurate recording and analysis of transactions.
- Assists in completing fixed asset transactions and reporting.
- Participates in audits as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- CPA candidate preferred.
- 1-3 years' accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Applications.
- Familiarity with SAP systems preferred.
