We believe in the power of our people and in giving them the freedom to explore, discover, and build good things, together. You will record monthly fixed asset additions, impairments, and disposals, and work cross-functionally with site Finance & Operations teams to verify completeness, existence, and accuracy of FA register and in PA system. You will support and ensure compliance with Company accounting policies and internal controls surrounding fixed assets, manage the Company's annual physical verification audit of its fixed assets, and optimize processes to improve accuracy and effectiveness. Additionally, you will support the Cloudleaf system radio-frequency identification (RFID) tagging process and prepare/distribute weekly reporting to Finance and Operations teams. You will also prepare, distribute, and communicate various reporting for internal stakeholders, partner with Finance & Operations to drive synergies and Controllership acumen across the Business, and serve as a liaison with the DT team relating to system upgrades and testing.
