About the position

This position provides essential administrative support to the Burnsville location and the Twin Cities/Wisconsin market for Pepsi Beverages North America. The role focuses on cashiering activities, documentation, and communication with various stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily cashiering of delivered routes in Enterprise Settlement Console, including remotely depositing scanned checks and compiling a physical deposit for cash and coin.
  • Complete daily cashiering documentation, including running reports, maintaining a log of cashiering activity, and retaining appropriate documentation.
  • Process all miscellaneous deposits for the location, providing receipts of deposit activity and documenting activity appropriately.
  • Reconcile cashiering activity against bank deposit confirmations and retain appropriate documentation.
  • Process all NSF checks by documenting activity on the NSF log and updating customer status with the centralized customer maintenance department.
  • Maintain accurate and organized document archiving according to PepsiCo Document Record Retention policy.
  • Validate proof of delivery (POD) in Enterprise Settlement Console for all charge term accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of missing or incomplete payments and POD, proactively communicating with stakeholders to support collection efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for armored car service, preparing physical deposits and maintaining an accurate log of service activity.
  • Maintain security of the cash room, facilitating safe combination changes as needed.
  • Work with a centralized accounts receivable department to resolve cashiering and customer issues.
  • Respond to email and phone communication in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide additional administrative support for the location and/or market as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience providing administrative support
  • Prior cashiering experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking with a strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills
