About the position

The Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager at Round Barn Labs is a full-time remote role focused on recruiting, activating, and optimizing high-quality affiliate partners for clients. This position plays a crucial role in driving affiliate execution, collaborating with various teams to achieve client goals, and enhancing the overall client experience through effective communication and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and the affiliate team in executing affiliate marketing strategies.
• Drive affiliate execution for top-tier clients in collaboration with experienced affiliate professionals.
• Assist in reporting, insights, recruitment, optimization, communication, and presentations for the RBL affiliate team.
• Work with the team to achieve key performance indicators and optimize objectives to meet client goals.
• Recruit, activate, optimize, and manage relevant incremental partners.
• Collaborate to meet volume, CPA, ROI, and incrementality goals.
• Identify and execute tasks that significantly impact target achievement.
• Monitor affiliate partner traffic and performance to ensure alignment with budgets and promotional plans.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues such as pixels and UTM tags with technical resources.
• Build and improve reporting processes and recommend enhancements to existing analysis.
• Implement testing initiatives in areas like ad creatives and publisher communication.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' affiliate partner marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing affiliate accounts across various industries.
• Experience in in-house management of affiliate networks or agencies.
• Knowledge of international partners and the affiliate ecosystem is a plus.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ, AWIN, and RAN.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
