Responsibilities

• Use AI/ML technologies to innovate current Optum products, including intelligent document processing and clinical decision support.
• Collaborate with business partners and scientists to understand requirements and build effective solutions.
• Adapt to an agile and fast-moving work environment.
• Continuously learn new technologies and apply them to business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, math/statistics, electrical engineering, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience with Python, SQL/NoSQL, JavaScript, and other scripting languages.
• 2+ years of experience with model deployment using containerization and building AI services through APIs.
• 1+ years of experience with version control tools like GitHub.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Generative AI.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other public clouds.
• Experience with deep learning tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and DevOps-related tasks.
