About the position
Ansell is looking for an Associate Analyst (Chargeback & Pricing) to join our team in Iselin, New Jersey! In this position you will be responsible for the chargeback adjudication process for key distributors in the US and Canada within Ansell's revenue management systems. This role involves developing strong internal and external partnerships, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving pricing discrepancies. The Associate Analyst will be responsible for researching and processing customer financial claims related to chargebacks, as well as managing departmental data and settlement functions. Additionally, the Associate Analyst will handle the analysis and programming of deviated pricing and maintenance requests, ensuring that all requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The candidate must ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of accuracy in programming and managing pricing adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile incoming Distributor chargebacks submission according to their submission frequency.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve chargeback discrepancies, implementing appropriate solutions to ensure accurate reconciliation and process resubmission files as required.
- Generate and distribute monthly chargeback exception/variance reports for distributor accounts.
- Communicate with internal business partners and distributors to address and eliminate various drivers of unreconciled chargeback lines.
- Partner with Accounts Receivable (AR) to conduct financial analysis, offsetting distributor deductions against earned rebate credits.
- Provide monthly rebate forecasts and accruals to Finance teams.
- Manage pricing agreements, contracts, and price deviations into Ansell source systems timely and accurately, while providing appropriate external notifications.
- Support Customer Service, Distributors and or Accounts Receivable Department to resolve pricing and chargeback questions or discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or commensurate experience
- 1 years in pricing/contract management/operations; finance related function; customer management.
- Strong Excel proficiency including data manipulation and database experience is a plus.
- Oracle experience is a plus.
