About the position

The Associate Analyst on the Executive Compensation team at Yum! Brands is responsible for the administration, reconciliation, and compliance of executive programs for the company's top leaders. This role involves supporting transactions related to executive employee moves and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management of executive compensation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day administration for key areas within Executive Compensation
  • Manage stock-based ABR and CEO Award program including nominations, review, and approval of awards
  • Handle Long Term Incentive (LTI) program reporting and daily equity transactions
  • Oversee onboarding communications and U.S. based executive programs
  • Respond to financial advisor requests and support senior analysts in equity processes
  • Manage brokerage accounts processes and annual award choice enrollment
  • Support transactions related to employee moves for L14 and above leaders
  • Track and report on executive moves and headcount reconciliations
  • Partner with Total Reward Consultant for year-end processes
  • Monitor LT bonus targets and annual LTI targets
  • Support statement reviews and other year-end projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience in HR, finance or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • High attention to detail for accuracy and consistency
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
