About the position

The Associate Analyst - HRIS at Wendy's Company is responsible for supporting HR systems by monitoring data and transactions, troubleshooting system and user issues, and assisting with system updates for compliance and enhancements. This entry-level position involves preparing and disseminating employee data for various requests and supporting HR technology projects to ensure effective human resource policies and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HRIS Support e-mail box/Cherwell, research issues, enter and correct employee data in Oracle for Field HR, IT and Payroll, escalate and track tickets as required for end users.
  • Research HR systems issues within Wendy's Human Capital Management and Applicant Tracking systems, resolve or escalate issues as needed and communicate appropriately with HR, IT and Payroll through issue resolution.
  • Partner with other departments including IT and external support vendors to resolve open tickets in accordance with SLA.
  • Join escalation bridge calls as required based on priority to ensure business teams are engaged and represented.
  • Researches, compiles, and disseminates data to governmental entities, departments within Wendy's and external requestors, as appropriate.
  • Assist in testing, implementing, and supporting system enhancements and upgrades to HR technology systems using established testing procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year prior HRIS Experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
