About the position

As an Associate Analyst in People Operations at Grubhub, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to connect hungry diners with our extensive network of over 300,000 restaurants across the nation. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and a fun work culture. You will be responsible for responding to general inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring that all interactions meet our service level agreements (SLAs). Your attention to detail will be essential as you execute operational changes for employees in our systems, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process. In addition to handling inquiries, you will support periodic regulatory audits and reporting requirements, serving as a point of contact for follow-up actions once an employee departs from Grubhub. Your participation in People Team projects, meetings, and events will be vital in fostering a collaborative environment. You will also maintain employee files and agreements, ensuring that all documentation is organized and up-to-date. The fast-paced nature of this role will require you to multi-task, problem-solve, and effectively prioritize your workload to meet the demands of a dynamic workplace. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 0-2 years of experience in people operations or related field
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization and deal with conflict in a positive manner
  • Passionate about helping others succeed
  • Advanced Excel skills; Workday experience is a plus!
