About the position
The Associate Analyst Program at Fitch Ratings is an exceptional entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates. This full-time graduate program combines structured training with on-the-job learning, immersing participants in the credit rating process. Over a 12-month period, Associate Analysts will collaborate with senior analysts, engage in the evaluation of risk, participate in rating committees, and draft research reports, all while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the credit market.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior analysts on new issuer ratings.
- Gather and analyze industry, regulatory, and economic information.
- Evaluate risk and participate in rating committees.
- Draft rating affirmations and write research reports.
Requirements
- Recent graduates (December 2024 - June 2025) with less than 12 months of relevant full-time experience.
- Ability to work in New York with a hybrid office schedule.
- Work authorization in the U.S.
