Responsibilities

• Monitoring department email and Sales order queue for prompt responses and order validations.
• Validating all orders submitted to Strategic Pricing for accurate equipment and service pricing.
• Problem-solving issues using databases, internal teams, and customer pricing documents.
• Following through on order validation to completion by resolving roadblocks with appropriate parties.
• Analyzing price/cost data on previous deals to maintain competitive service pricing.
• Collaborating with management to develop and maintain service pricing lists.
• Responding to incoming calls in support of the sales team and other internal teams.
• Completing other department projects as needed.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Zero to two years of experience entering technical/service-related custom sales quotes or purchase orders in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented work ethic with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone etiquette for servicing calls.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime during month's end.
