The Associate Analyst, Strategic Pricing role at Canon Solutions America, Inc. is designed for a driven professional eager to enhance the sales process. Responsibilities
- Monitoring all department email and the Sales order queue for prompt responses and timely order validations.
- Validating all orders submitted to Strategic Pricing to ensure accurate pricing and compliance with financial models and promotions.
- Problem-solving issues using databases, internal teams, and customer pricing documents.
- Following through on order validation to completion by resolving roadblocks with appropriate parties.
- Analyzing price/cost data on previous deals to maintain competitive service pricing.
- Collaborating with management to develop and maintain service pricing lists.
- Responding to incoming calls in support of the sales team and other internal teams.
- Completing other department projects as needed.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Zero to two years of experience in entering technical/service-related custom sales quotes or purchase orders in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented work ethic with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy.
- Professional phone etiquette for servicing calls.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime during month's end.
