You will independently innovate and advocate for best practices, solving complex problems and guiding the team on implementing solutions from inception to production. Additionally, you will actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within your day-to-day role to management. This position requires a commitment to learning fundamental programming techniques, observing and reacting to failures and quality issues, and participating in agile practices and ceremonies, including behavior-driven development. You will also learn to use the environment and tools preferred by the organization, ensuring that you are well-equipped to contribute effectively to the team.
