The Associate Art Director in Marketing & Digital at DaySpring plays a crucial role in shaping the visual direction of marketing materials across both print and digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Participate in the creative process for digital marketing initiatives, advocating for new ideas and setting high standards.
• Provide art direction and design for major print publications, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Oversee the entire creative process for print materials, from concept to printing, collaborating with business partners.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to determine photography needs and manage the photography process.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders throughout project stages, advocating for innovative ideas within budget constraints.
• Stay updated on design trends and collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to solve challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a design-related field.
