About the position

The Associate Art Director in Marketing & Digital at DaySpring plays a crucial role in shaping the visual direction of marketing materials across both print and digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Participate in the creative process for ongoing digital marketing needs.
• Influence team members and advocate for new ideas while setting high standards.
• Elevate brand experience across all digital channels through design and photography.
• Provide art direction and design for major print publications such as catalogs and magazines.
• Set visual direction and cast vision for improving quality in print materials.
• Oversee internal and external designers as required by each project.
• Integrate editorial, artwork, photography, and typography into cohesive design solutions.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to determine photography needs and develop art direction.
• Schedule and lead pre-production meetings for photography projects.
• Maintain brand standards across the library of images and innovate photography capabilities.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand and solve marketing and creative challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a design-related field.
