About the position
Godfrey, Leibsle, Blackbourn & Howarth, S.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its real estate department. This role focuses on various aspects of real estate law, including transactions, development, zoning, land use, and entitlement. The firm primarily practices civil litigation, general business/corporate law, real estate, and estate planning. The position is full-time and requires a valid Wisconsin Bar license.
Responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions and development matters.
- Assist with zoning and land use issues.
- Manage entitlement processes for real estate projects.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients in real estate matters.
Requirements
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar.
- Experience in real estate law is preferred.
- 3L students graduating in Fall 2024 are encouraged to apply.
