Responsibilities
- Support work provided by two partners in Trusts & Estates Litigation.
- Bill over 1,800 hours per year.
- Engage in litigation processes and case management.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and during negotiations.
Requirements
- Must be barred in California.
- 4+ years of litigation experience.
- Experience in Trusts & Estates Litigation preferred but not required.
Nice-to-haves
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.
