Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings or intakes with clients and prospects
• Counsel clients on the use of various estate planning and business planning techniques and related instruments, as well as draft and execute those various planning documents
• Develop client relationships
• Perform legal research in support of client projects
• Guide the administration of decedent estates and trusts

Requirements

• Admitted to the bar with an active attorney's license in Michigan
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience
• Ability to meet firm set minimal billing requirements
