About the position
Quinn, Correa & Gaynor P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their general practice law firm located in Plymouth, MA. The firm primarily focuses on civil law matters, including real estate, probate and estate planning, business law, domestic relations, zoning, and municipal law, along with litigation and appellate work. The ideal candidate should be committed to long-term growth within the firm and possess strong legal research and writing skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Assist senior counsel in various legal matters.
- Participate in client meetings and consultations.
- Manage assigned cases and ensure timely progress.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on new client cases.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Preferably admitted to practice law in Massachusetts or a 2024 graduating law student who has sat for the July 2024 Massachusetts Bar Exam.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in civil law matters.
- Previous experience in a law firm setting.
