About the position
RBS Law is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Estate Planning and Probate Law Firm in Arvada, Colorado. Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning techniques and draft estate plan documents.
- Participate in the client process from start to finish.
- Perform legal research and assist clients with probate and trust administration with the support of a paralegal.
- Nurture meaningful client relations through communication and meetings.
- Work within modern law firm systems and software.
Requirements
- Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
- Detail-oriented with experience drafting legal documents.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in stressful situations.
- Demonstrated people skills and comfort with direct client communication.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software programs.
- Successful at working in a collaborative team environment.
- Hardworking self-starter who takes initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Estate planning, probate and/or trust administration experience preferred.
- Good sense of humor and positive attitude.
