Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects.
  • Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with BMO partners to enhance customer relationships.
  • Guide customers in the branch lobby and offer advice on digital banking options.
  • Conduct client conversations about banking services and recommend alternative channels.
  • Meet customer transaction needs with seamless execution.
  • Review customer profiles and engage in needs-based conversations.
  • Support operational activities such as inventory management and service requests.
  • Integrate marketing promotions into customer conversations for strategic advice.
  • Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Find creative approaches to enhance customer experience.
  • Contribute to branch business results and overall customer experience.
  • Follow through on risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets.

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience or certification in a related field.
  • Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (Canada only).
  • Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles.
  • Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and responding creatively to challenges.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
