Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated transactions in health care, higher education, and cultural institutions.

• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge financial products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in transaction law or health care law.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong commitment to ethics and excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Michigan bar admission or pending bar admission.
