About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Forward Hire Associate Branch Manager (SAFE) for the National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This role is designed to provide a consistent and positive customer and employee experience across multiple branch locations. The Associate Branch Manager will support various branches, leading to a transition into either an Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager role based on business needs. The position emphasizes leadership, team development, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines while meeting customer needs.
• Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies and drive growth.
• Resolve tactical issues regarding customer and employee experience, risk, and business growth.
• Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and digital options.
• Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders and building strong partnerships for a customer-centric experience.
• Assist with transactions as needed and serve as a role model for exceptional customer experience.
• Responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff.

Requirements

• 2+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
