About the position

The Associate Brand Manager for Portfolio Evolution Strategy & Implementation at Kraft Heinz will be instrumental in developing and launching new products for the Lunchables brand. This role combines creativity and analytical thinking to drive innovation and strategy, requiring collaboration across various departments to manage the commercialization process effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand performance and share by capitalizing on market opportunities, including product portfolio strategy and innovation pipeline.
  • Lead end-to-end brand projects, demonstrating an understanding of consumer insights and activating them in strategy and innovation activities.
  • Manage the product commercialization process and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Develop channel-specific go-to-market strategies and plans to maximize market presence.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product launch plans, positioning, packaging, and promotional strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or product innovation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
