About the position
The Associate Brand Manager plays a crucial role in representing the company's brand vision and serves as a strategic link between Marketing and the broader organization. This position involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing brand standards, and leading marketing initiatives, including national trade shows. The role requires strong analytical skills to provide insights on market trends and consumer behavior, ultimately driving business growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and delivery of go-to-market strategies and brand positioning strategies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating and executing brand standards.
- Lead marketing approaches for national trade show events and manage Agency projects.
- Compile sales leads from trade shows and coordinate follow-up with Sales management.
- Conduct ongoing business analysis and provide actionable recommendations based on market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of brand marketing experience preferred.
- Solid written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong planning capabilities and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice-to-haves
- Nielsen (NIQ) / Circana (IRI) literacy preferred.
- Experience in consumer goods or food & beverage industries.
