About the position

The Brand Marketing Analyst at Hanesbrands will support the marketing department by developing, analyzing, and optimizing brand strategies for the apparel company. This role involves gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive marketing decisions and enhance brand performance. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure campaign effectiveness and track brand performance, ensuring data-driven marketing initiatives are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze brand performance data, including sales trends and consumer behavior, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support campaign analysis by providing insights into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggesting improvements based on data analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor marketing activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Create and distribute regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to gather data on consumer trends and preferences, incorporating findings into marketing strategies.
  • Assist in budget tracking by monitoring and reporting on marketing spending.
  • Collaborate with brand managers, digital marketing, and sales teams to align data insights with broader business goals.
  • Optimize marketing processes by identifying opportunities for improvement in data collection and reporting.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by analyzing performance metrics such as website traffic and social media engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or brand marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, CRM tools, or social media analytics.
  • Strong communication skills to present data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing analysis, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry.
