About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Brand Marketing Manager to join our team to own Brand and Integrated Marketing activations. As we embark on a brand and consumer-first marketing transformation, this role will play a critical role in driving our consumer marketing efforts and in redefining McAfee to consumers. This role reports to the Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing. This is a remote position; however, you may be required to be onsite at our San Jose, California or Frisco, TX office on an as-needed basis. We will only consider candidates that are in a commutable distance to either regional office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time. In this role, you will bring the positioning of our brand to life, showcasing our leadership in online protection. You will execute full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness, drive understanding, and build overall growth, leveraging best-in-class practices. Additionally, you will execute key company-wide initiatives including events and influencer programs, influence the annual plan for brand and integrated seasonal campaigns, and drive key metrics and programs such as NPS, Brand Health, and campaign performance. Collaboration with cross-functional marketing partners and agencies (Product Marketing, Comms, Analytics, Social, Growth, Creative) will be essential in the development of the campaigns to ensure strong integration and flawless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own Brand and Integrated Marketing activations.
  • Execute full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive growth.
  • Implement key company-wide initiatives including events and influencer programs.
  • Influence the annual plan for brand and integrated seasonal campaigns.
  • Drive key metrics such as NPS, Brand Health, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners and agencies to ensure strong integration and execution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in leading consumer-facing marketing and integrated campaigns, including influencer and event marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of media strategies and tactics across channels.
  • Experience with day-to-day campaign management, including budget management and creative asset development.
  • Ability to ensure visual and messaging consistency across programs and audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to move with speed and purpose and drive change.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with brand strategy, architecture, messaging, and visual identity systems.
  • Experience managing agency partners (media, creative, and research).
  • Creative or media agency experience preferred or client-side brand management experience.
  • Experience with global businesses, particularly in the tech/software industry.
