The Associate Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering brand tactics that align with the marketing and commercial strategies of the company. This role involves developing monthly and quarterly performance reports and forecast updates specifically for the CVI US contact lens portfolio. The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will act as the point person for fit set management and monthly allocations, working closely with key stakeholders in sales and commercial operations. Additionally, this position will lead the execution of various marketing programs and initiatives, as well as strategic projects as assigned. Collaboration is key, as the Associate Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with all members of the US brand and customer marketing teams, field sales, corporate accounts, marketing communications, commercial operations, salesforce development, professional affairs, and other cross-functional team members. In terms of responsibilities, the Associate Brand Marketing Manager will develop marketing plans for all delegated brands and products, lead the go-to-market strategies for new product and program launches, and serve as a key interface with the Sales organization to ensure that brand marketing strategies are effectively communicated and executed. The role also includes responsibility for monthly and quarterly performance reporting, leveraging various internal and external data sources to evaluate trends and market dynamics, ensuring competitive positioning, and developing appropriate responses to competitor initiatives. The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will integrate cross-functional team input to develop monthly product-level forecasts and annual fiscal sales budgets. They will lead the development, implementation, and measurement of marketing initiatives, determining their effectiveness and making recommendations for future initiatives based on findings. A deep understanding of the CVI product portfolio is essential to assist in reviewing product data and ensuring that marketing materials meet branding guidelines and communication strategies. Furthermore, the Associate Brand Marketing Manager will manage relationships with regional sales directors, collaborate with brand marketing managers and marketing communications for PR management and tradeshow planning, and liaise with sales force development to create training materials. They will also own pricing communication, sales promotions, and messaging for promoted brands, working closely with Marcom, agency partners, and other cross-functional teams. Participation in the annual development of regional objectives and support for brand performance presentations are also part of the role, along with performing other marketing and product management duties as required.
