About the position

The Associate Brand Marketing position at Nestlé focuses on the Perrier brand, particularly during its significant launch phase of Maison Perrier. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies, understanding consumer behavior, managing budgets, and driving brand growth in the sparkling water category.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand's consumer demographics and psychographics through data and research.
  • Analyze data to generate insights for optimizing marketing plans and commercial investments.
  • Own the P&L to meet key business KPIs such as revenue, profit, and market share.
  • Lead the monthly operating process for business performance and accurate forecasting.
  • Manage the brand's consumer marketing budget and ensure effective investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and purchase frequency.
  • Support the development of strategic revenue management strategies for long-term growth.
  • Translate the 3-year strategic plan into an annual commercial plan to drive sales and marketing tactics.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans addressing all aspects of the marketing mix.

Requirements

  • Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or related business field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic financial acumen and understanding of calculating risk/return on business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to change.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience leading marketing communication projects including digital and media strategies.
  • Knowledge of budget control methods, policies, and procedures.
