As a Brand Experience and Development Associate at Nestlé, you will play a crucial role in the Perrier brand during a transformative period in its 160-year history. With the launch of Maison Perrier, your mission will be to establish a strong presence in the sparkling water category and attract new consumers to the brand. This position requires a passionate individual who can lead cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, as well as collaborate with agency partners to ensure excellence in execution during the launch year and beyond. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the brand's consumer demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers through data and research, which will inform relevant communications and marketing strategies. In this role, you will own the P&L, ensuring that key business KPIs such as revenue, profit, market share, and brand health are met. You will lead the monthly operating process to deliver business performance, accurately forecast to mitigate supply challenges, and track sales and consumer trends to identify opportunities. Your strategic thinking will be essential in developing revenue management strategies that drive long-term growth, including pricing and promotional strategies. You will also work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and purchase frequency, ensuring that the brand's identity and health proposition are effectively communicated. Your responsibilities will extend to analyzing promotional programs for effectiveness, translating strategic plans into actionable annual commercial plans, and leading the development of marketing plans that encompass all aspects of the marketing mix.
