About The Position

Requirements

• A minimum of 0 - 4 years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience.
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate it into strategic deliverables.

Nice To Haves

• State Real Estate License (must have within 90 days of hire).
• Previous experience in corporate real estate, consulting, or finance; understanding of real estate fundamentals is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities through outreach to new leads.
• Assist in preparing new business proposals and presentations for clients.
• Work with senior brokers to develop materials such as lease comparisons and market overviews.
• Shadow senior brokers during transaction negotiations and evaluations.
• Provide clients with industry-specific information and maintain contact information on prospects.
• Contribute to local market research requests, including market snapshots and quarterly market decks.
• Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
