About the position

As an Associate Business Analyst Collaboration Systems at Hilton, you will be part of an in-house Technology team focused on creating innovative consumer-facing technologies that enhance the hospitality industry. This role involves supporting projects related to Microsoft 365 enhancements aimed at improving collaboration and operational efficiency. You will work closely with key stakeholders and platform engineers to document requirements, contribute to design discussions, and ensure successful technology execution.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in discovery discussions with stakeholders and platform engineers to document use cases and operational requirements.
  • Research and contribute UI best practices to design discussions.
  • Collaborate with project delivery teams to develop SDLC plans.
  • Contribute to test strategy and change management campaigns.
  • Participate in testing initiatives, tracking issues and ensuring resolution of critical findings.
  • Maintain system operational guides and contribute to business continuity initiatives.
  • Create periodic project status overviews and gather debrief information following deployments.

Requirements

  • Professional work experience in Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience as a business analyst collecting requirements and compiling use cases.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience.
  • Three years of professional work experience in Technology, Project Management, or related field.
  • Two years of experience in Technology delivery.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Hands-on experience with hospitality operations.
  • Fluency in an additional language.
