About the position

The Associate Business Analyst - Technology at Longevity Holdings plays a crucial role in the application development process, focusing on translating business needs into actionable requirements and optimizing workflows. This position requires a proactive communicator and problem solver who can adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, contributing to both internal and client-facing data and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clearly defined and easily understood requirements for both technical implementation and stakeholder feedback.
  • Analyze bugs and workflow inefficiencies and offer potential solutions.
  • Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate the negotiation of requirements and prioritization.
  • Support users by answering questions, troubleshooting issues with existing tools, and providing tactical solutions.
  • Manage against constraints of time and resources while effectively communicating project visibility and priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn business concepts and complex processes.
  • Ability to achieve objectives with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with application development.
  • Demonstrated success with execution of BA deliverables for large projects including business requirements, use cases, gap analysis, functional specifications, systems/workflow diagrams, data mapping, functional test plans, and scope documents.
  • Interest and experience in web application design.
  • Experience with SQL.
