As an Associate Business Process Analyst, you'll be joining the elite OptumRx Combined Accumulator and PreCheck MyScript (PCMS) Operations team. This is a hybrid role to support functions under multiple operational teams. For the Combined Accumulator Operations team, you will be managing accumulator data exchanges with medical vendors. The goal for these accumulator data exchanges is to keep the members' accumulators in sync with medical vendors for OptumRX clients that have integrated accumulators with a medical provider. This also includes supporting reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting issues in the day-to-day operations for the Combined Accumulator team. This role also will support the day-to-day functions of the PreCheck MyScript operational team, which includes setting up clients on the product, terminating clients on the product, data analysis, troubleshooting issues, and reporting. Overall, in this hybrid role, you will use your data analyst skills daily. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
