About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Business Relationship Manager to support the sale of our Business Products and Services. In this role, you will work closely with clients, manage relationships, achieve sales goals, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance on business products and services.
• Respond to referrals and establish a marketing sales plan to meet business objectives.
• Maintain client files, ensuring they are up-to-date and comply with regulations.
• Promote the Bank's services while specializing in business and investment products.
• Educate and train Bank channel partners (e.g., retail, commercial, and mortgage bankers) on Wealth Management services.
• Track client activities using CRM software and handle client inquiries and buy-sell orders for securities.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines and ensure records are audit ready.
• Process client deposits, make check disbursements, and resolve account issues.
• Maintain an active awareness of regulatory changes and provide timely reports.

Requirements

• Education: B.S. or B.A. in a related field preferred.
• Licenses: PA State Insurance/Health License, Series 6, 63, and 7 licenses.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related role, preferably in financial services or brokerage.
• Skills: Strong communication, sales, analytical, and organizational skills; proficient in PC and CRM systems.
