About the position

The Associate Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing key system platforms within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting common issues, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective system solutions. The position supports the Vega project, aimed at enhancing engagement and customer relations for public libraries.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up system platforms to meet business requirements and optimize functionality.
• Perform data imports and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic coding issues, providing timely solutions to users.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to configure and implement system solutions.
• Create, maintain and update standard reports and dashboards to support business operations.
• Provide user support by answering queries, training and assisting with system functionality.
• Participate in training sessions to continually improve knowledge.
• Gain familiarity with SDLC processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 0-2 years relevant experience.
