The ACC is responsible for overall participant success in terms of program completion and job readiness. Through consistent and dependable touchpoints, an ACC provides the emotional and technical guidance to ensure participants attain their career goals. The ACC partners with each participant to develop training and skill attainment strategies based on their individual needs. In addition, the ACC aligns training partners, financial, support services and external resources to enable participant success. The ACC maintains participant accountability through 1x1 meetings and enhances the participant experience with job readiness training in partnership with the Employment Coordinator. The Associate Career Coach delivers services either in-person or virtually. Company Description: Project QUEST is a nationally recognized workforce development 501c3 agency. Partner with Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure smooth transition to program participant. Develop individual strategies to navigate barriers and guide participants to program completion. Coordinate, as required, with training partners to maintain participant progress and resolve issues. Conduct Vision, Initiative and Perseverance sessions and monitor participant attendance. Conduct regular participant 1x1 sessions to ensure participant is progressing satisfactorily. Partner with Employment Coordinator to properly prepare participant to enter job market. Manage document collection for compliance, record accuracy and timely service fulfillment. Ensure portal information accuracy and integrity through timely data management practices. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in human resources, public administration, social science or related field. 2 years - experience in office administration, staffing, public relations, customer/vendor relationship management, case management or workforce development. Working knowledge of employment and training programs, federal, state and local regulations. Able to occasionally work a flex schedule (potential weekends) to accommodate external outreach, training or employment events. Preferred: National Association of Workforce Development Professional (NAWDP) certification.
