About the position

The position primarily provides analytical support assigned to Portfolio Managers within the Senior Care banking segment. This includes analyzing financial statements and projections, utilizing financial models and applications, and developing and participating in credit presentations and credit underwriting and structuring. The role may also involve client support as appropriate and is expected to develop a working knowledge of the company's product suite. Tasks are performed under direct supervision, with a focus on monitoring performance and trends, proactively defining client credit solutions, identifying issues, and developing remediation, underwriting, and approving credit as designated by the Portfolio Manager.

Responsibilities

• Author annual reviews and assist in the development of credit underwriting thesis for new and existing transactions.
• Prepare nCino packages and coordinate the spreading of financial statements and risk ratings.
• Build financial models based on client profiles, industry dynamics, and cost pressures to assess financial repayment capability.
• Initiate risk views and translate them into risk rating models reflecting probability of default/loss given default.
• Conduct industry-specific research and analysis to support client presentation development and term sheets.
• Complete regulatory and compliance activities and ensure data accuracy in the portfolio.

Requirements
