Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of new products in partnership with Quality, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Report, document, and share observations and learnings.
• Independently execute work assignments.
• Build knowledge of formulation tools, test methods, and production processes.
• Support resolution of quality, procurement, and manufacturing issues.
• Maintain laboratory and equipment.
• Participate in learning and capability building initiatives in product development.
• Engage in professional development through continuous learning.
• Adhere to all laboratory safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Requirements

• BS in Chemistry or related science required; 0-3 years' experience in laboratory setting.
• Strong people and cross-functional team management skills.
• Exhibits and fosters team behavior within and outside the laboratory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Possess good analytical problem-solving skills to make timely and accurate decisions.
• Clear and concise record keeping.
