About the position

The Mental Health Service Line Leader & Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, designed for a certified Psychiatrist who possesses a minimum of 2-5 years of leadership experience. This position is not only about managing clinical services but also about leading a team of dedicated professionals in the mental health field. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care in a supportive and effective environment. In this role, the leader will work closely with the Chief of Staff and the Deputy Chief of Staff for Ambulatory Services, collaborating on strategic initiatives and operational improvements. The position is based in Charleston, SC, a vibrant city known for its rich history and cultural offerings, including art galleries, boutiques, and historic sites. The proximity to renowned medical centers, such as the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), provides an excellent opportunity for collaboration and professional growth. Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of mental health services and ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Certified Psychiatrist with a valid medical license.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health services and patient care standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
