About the position

HealthSource Chiropractic of North Provo is seeking a high-energy and super-friendly Associate Chiropractor to join our dynamic team. Our clinic is a fast-paced, upbeat environment dedicated to helping patients alleviate pain and return to their favorite activities through a variety of therapeutic modalities. These include chiropractic care, progressive rehabilitation, spinal decompression, sports therapy, laser therapy, massage, orthotics, nutrition, and wellness products. As an Associate Chiropractor, you will be trained and supported in all areas necessary for practice success. You will have the opportunity to practice various therapeutic techniques, including chiropractic adjustments, functional movement assessments, and nutritional support, all aimed at improving patient outcomes. We welcome applicants with experience in these techniques, especially those with at least two years of experience or those who have previously owned their own practice and understand the value of teamwork. Responsibilities

  • Support the clinical operations of the clinic
  • Perform community outreach
  • Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
  • Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients
  • Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions
  • Perform Chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculo-skeletal system, where necessary
  • Practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics
  • Educate patients on the quality of life and benefits of chiropractic care
  • Provide a recommended course of treatment
  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients
  • Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated
  • Patient chiropractic care and education
  • Building positive doctor-patient relationships
  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
  • Recommend and explain details of the care plan

Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment
