We are currently seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to join our team on a full-time, direct basis in the Milton, DE area. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of public and private site development projects, contributing to all aspects of our projects, including conceptual planning, preliminary design, detailed development, construction documentation, permitting documentation, and engineering reports. The ideal candidate will be involved in preparing site plan development drawings, which entails utilizing land survey data to create a site plan package that complies with municipal regulations. Additionally, the role includes designing and detailing site layouts, removals, grading, utilities, and stormwater management, including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, erosion control, and sediment control, along with relevant design calculations. The Associate Civil Engineer will also assist in mentoring junior-level staff and may be assigned additional tasks as needed.
