About the position

The Associate Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineer at Weston Solutions will engage in meaningful work that contributes to environmental sustainability. This role involves supporting various civil and environmental engineering projects, including groundwater treatment, remediation investigations, and wastewater treatment design. The position emphasizes collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and offers opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support multidisciplinary design teams in preparation of drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Perform engineering-related calculations and analysis necessary for project completion.
  • Provide field support for environmental projects, including sampling, inspections, and data management.
  • Travel to various field investigation sites as required.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability in technical report writing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to finish tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Adobe, etc.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
  • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred.
