About the position

The Associate Client Manager, Retirement at Baldwin Group Wealth Advisors plays a crucial role in supporting client-facing colleagues and achieving departmental goals. This position involves generating and coordinating deliverables for clients and prospects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines, while also building expertise in the retirement plan industry.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and coordinate client and prospective deliverables, with an emphasis on accuracy and meeting stringent deadlines
  • Create pitch decks, investment reviews, and plan reviews
  • Update and generate weekly reports utilizing the CRM and MS Office
  • Meticulously update CRM and Department tracking sheets on a real-time basis
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Gather data for surveys
  • Provide additional support in facilitating REP's from various vendors through the RPAG system
  • Build up subject matter expertise through self-study, industry partner interactions, and client interaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2-4 years of working experience in customer service in the financial services industry or analytical role preferred
  • Working knowledge of mutual funds
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented, exceptional follow-through, and reliable in all aspects
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Prior experience with CRM software

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of 401(k), preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with RPAG investment analysis software, preferred but not required
  • Strong interest in learning about the retirement plan industry
  • Interest in pursuing advanced designations and securities licensing
