About the position

The Analyst, Client Processing role at BNY is designed for individuals who will provide essential client service and transactional support within the Client Processing team. This position involves routine and complex operational tasks, ensuring timely service delivery and effective issue resolution while interacting with various organizational units. The role is pivotal in managing account-related transactions and adapting responses based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Interacts with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
• Manages situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response.
• Performs complex operational tasks in a product or functional area.

Requirements

• Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 2+ years total experience.
• Prior Financial services experience preferred.
